We conduct classes for both customers and corporate clients. For walk-in customers,
classes will only start when we have a minimum class size of 15.
Wine Appreciation (60-90 mins)
Rather than run typically dry (and usually boring!) wine appreciation classes, our
approach to wines is fun & light hearted, and participants walk away armed with practical knowledge they could use.
Favourites for our themed classes so far have been:
"Wine know-how for the busy executive"
"Important notes for the socialite: how not to make a faux pas at events"
"Act like an expert in 90 mins".

Ice Cream Workshop (60 mins)
Think wine is just for drinking? Think again! That left over bottle of wine could
become:
Strawberry Merlot. Pink Champagne Sorbet. Ice wine Honeycomb Crunch.
You'll be let in on how to make all these tasty flavours - all in your own home!

Have you ever thought of pairing wines & fast foods? We have!
In Singapore, our diet doesn't usually consist of steaks and escargots.
Our philosophy is that wines isn't just for special occasions, but for any occasion.
We'll show you how to pair with local hawker food, nonya desserts, Ben & Jerry's
ice cream, and even cakes from Obolo.

Baking & Pairing (3 hours)
When you eat out, you can only pick wines that accompany it.
Take things into your own hands! Learn how to bake desserts that go really well
with wines.
In fact, you could use wine as one of the ingredients too!

Cocktail Workshop (60 mins)
Love Cosmopolitans? Sex on the Beach?
Your familiar favourites will be given a twist, by using wine as one of its ingredients.
Of course, the usual recipes will be taught as well, for the conservative ones out
there.

Wine Tasting (60-90 mins)
We do both fun wine tastings and formal ones. Fun wine tastings don't require any knowledge of wines, and there are different themes, such as "Best wines under $25".
For formal wine tastings, we showcase different regions, from Israel to Greece.
