Lesson Date: Will start with enough registrants
Cocoa & Wine Baking Class cum Food Pairing (Demonstration)
Chocolates are usually enjoyed with wines. In this session, Sam will be showing
you how we can serve and pair cocoa desserts with wines.
Recipes:
Light Chocolate Walnut Brownies with Chocolate Sauce – Light airy texture, packed
with roasted walnuts, this light chocolate brownie should be served warm with a
scoop of ice cream topped with a liquored mint chocolate sauce.
Rum Truffles – Quick and easy to do, great to serve with wines.
Cost per Person: S$70 (Minimum of 10 persons to start) includes a free glass of
wine. Special Price: S$120 for 2 people.
Notes: Each participant will get a sliced of brownie and some truffles packed in
a container. Recipes will be provided; participants may wish to bring writing materials
to jot down additional notes.

Cheese & Wine Baking Class cum Wine Pairing (Demonstration)
Usually, the types of cheese consumed with wine are savoury. Sam will be showing
you how we can serve and pair cheese desserts with wines.
Recipes:
Tiramisu – Learn the techniques of how to make this traditional Italian dessert filled
with rich mascarpone cheese and coffee liquor that would wow your guests at your
next high tea party.
Orange Liquored Cheese Cake – Baked liquored cheesecake. Learn the proper
method to bake a cheesecake.
Cost per Person: S$70 (Minimum of 10 persons to start) includes a free glass of
wine.
